The budget-billing program allows you to “even out” your electric, water, and sewer costs over the course of a year through a fixed monthly payment. Budget billing helps you to manage your budget by not experiencing high bill surprises in the months when you use the most electricity, water, and sewer. Budget billing accounts are evaluated every 6 to 12 months so that adjustments can be made to lower or raise payments based on changes in utility costs, family size, lifestyle changes, etc. If you are interested in budget billing, contact the utility office at (608) 527-2913 or via email.
