Does the Utility Accept Credit/Debit Cards?

No.  Unfortunately our online system does not accept credit/debit cards, yet.  We are hoping to upgrade in the future to do so.

Can I sign up for Paperless Billing without signing up for Bill Pay?

Yes, just complete the account information tab.  If you have any questions, please contact the utility office at 527-2913 or via email

The utility can also sign you up for Paperless Billing without you having to do a thing.  Just contact the utility with your email address.

How do I print out my bill from bill history?

To print your bill, make sure your mouse is on text (i.e., such as your name and address) and then right click the mouse and choose print from the drop-down menu.  Note:  If you your mouse isn't on text when you right click the mouse, you will print out a blank bill.

When will I see my payment applied to my account?

The payment is usually applied to your account within 2 business days.  However, when you make a payment, the utility is notified immediately of the payment and applies it to your account once the funds have been transferred to the utility's checking account.

What if I am already signed up for AUTOPAY with the utility?

AUTOPAY and Online Bill Pay are two separate functions.  If you are currently participating in AUTOPAY and wish to switch to Online Bill Pay, please contact the utility office to deactivate your AUTOPAY before you start paying your bills online so that dual payments are not deducted from your checking account.

What if I already pay my bills through my bank or other online payment institution?

You can continue to pay your bills through your bank or other online payment institution.  In the past, the utility, received a paper check for any payments you made on-line.  Now the utility gets an electronic transfer of funds directly to their checking account.  Thus, you are still helping save on paper and postage.
